Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out
and bars also.The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end a gated fence around the pool perfect for the children.
Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning garden and pool views, dinning on balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With three double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

ENTRANCE HALL

LOUNGE
Spacious lounge dining room 25m2, with 1 ample sofa, dining table and 7 chairs, flat screen LCD television, 1 large picture windows over looking the pool and garden, patio doors to balcony and barbecue area.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.
SLEEPING
The sleeping arrangements provided are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with a king size double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each and a extra bed in the lounge for an extra sleep.
ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television mounted on the wall which receives several English TV channels, Free Internet Access Wi-Fi (wireless).
BATHROOMS
The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
BEDROOMS
The bedrooms have super king size double bed and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, patio doors to balcony, security safe.
BALCONY
7 chairs table and clothes airer.
POOL
Private pool, with a shallow end and a gated fence around the pool perfect for the children. Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.
PRIVATE PARKING
Private parking outside in property for three cars.
Rental weeks: From Saturday to Saturday (In high season). Short stays allowed from 4 days (In low season). All charges-included. Discount depending on length of stay. Price depending on the number of persons.Refundable 300€ Security deposit required with final balance payment, and if there are no breakages or damage, will be returned to you. Key pick up with owner. Supplement for heating and cooling of 10€ per day maybe requested, depending on the season.
